At 02:32 April 20, 2014, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from Onstar advising a collision had occurred with possible injuries involving a car against a house. On scene officers advised the car was deep inside the residence at 197 Glandorf Road, Ottawa. There were three occupants inside the 2013 Chevrolet Camaro that were not injured. The only resident inside the house was taken to Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center, Glandorf, as a precaution for non-life threatening injuries.
Alcohol was believed to be a factor. The driver, Joseph Siebeneck Jr., was taken into custody and arrested on the charge of OVI and booked at the Putnam County Adult Detention Facility.
Assisting at the scene were the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Ottawa Fire Department and Heavy Rescue, Ottawa EMS, Putnam County EMS, American Electric Power, ImmPressive Towing, 1-800-BOARDUP, and the Putnam County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
