We, the public appointed protectors of the community of the Village of Ottawa define our mission as critical to the safety and security of those we service. We pledge to enforce the laws of this state and our nation within the boundaries of our prescribed authority, displaying at all times the honor, integrity, and impartiality for which our positions require. We seek continuous advancement in our personal skills to ensure that we will always provide capable and professional law enforcement services without partiality or discrimination. We stand with courage to face all situations and offenders that threaten the rights, property, and life of our educational community.
