Does the police department do fingerprinting? Yes. Fingerprinting is done free of charge Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
How do I pay a traffic ticket? Parking citations can be paid Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM at the Municipal Office at 136 N. Oak St.
Traffic citations can either be paid by going to the Putnam County Municipal Court office on the third floor of the Putnam County Court House and paying in person, mailing the citation and fine to the Putnam County Municipal Court 245 E. Main St., Suite 303, Ottawa, Ohio 45875, or by paying online at www.putnamcountycourtsohio.com . You can also contact the Clerk of Courts at (419) 523-8725.
