- Alert Notifications: Alerts are time sensitive information such as, Severe Thunderstorm Warnings, Missing Children, Gas Leaks, etc. This notifications are meant to be for when loss life or property is potentially imminent.
- Advisory Notifications: Advisories are time sensitive information but not as sensitive as Alerts. They would include such items as, Severe Thunderstorm Watches, Wanted Persons, School Closings or Delays, Road Closures (Flood Road Closures), Traffic Congestion, etc.
- Community Notifications: Community Notifications are items that affect the community but are not time sensitive. These notifications would include items such as, Reminders about upcoming events, Crime Prevention Information, etc.
